Affectionately referred to as "Merlin", he is an athletic, well built, physically talented, rare grullo with a kind mind and a willing nature. He has an exceptionally smooth trot and is a pleasure to ride. He is very people oriented and stands 14.3 hh. His foals are consistently curious, friendly, athletic and fun.

Poet is incredibly well balanced and solidly built with excellent legs and bone. He is also sweet and very, very, easy going. When ridden he is smooth, athletic, obedient and without fear. We anticipate he will pass these attitudes and physical capabilities to his foals. His first foal is due June 2008 out of JAX Maid of Honey.
